Catch up....Dorothy the Dinosaur

Ok well I thought I best try and catch up a little. In September 2010 I went to a Planet Cake course. The course was to produce a circus tent cake and I decided that I would donate my cake to a SIDS fundraiser. As Dorothy the Dinosaur is a mascot for the SIDS foundation I thought I would place her on the cake.

This was made some time ago but I wanted to update my posts. Flowers are yellow roses with small filler flowers. This decoration is for a wedding style cake that was fruit cake and two tiers with piping decoration.

Tardis cake made for a Dr Who fan

Made this cake in May this year for a Dr Who fan. The cake is dark chocolate mudcake with dark chocolate ganache.
